Problem in Plasma

I Rakesh Agarwal resident at 3A, Ratan Milan Appt., Ravi Dham Complex, Ghod Dod Road, Surat bought a PLASMA (Model 42PF9966198) from Mr. Surana, Philips Arena, Ring Road, Surat (Sr. No-1321A0448990925) before 3.5 years. In March we found as our TV set switched automatically off while watching. I immediately complaint about it to Authorised Philips Service Center Shree Ganesh Electronics then they took it for repairing . and after 1 week i get it back but the problem was not resolved even the screen was full of scretch now. Then i again registered a complaint against it to Mr. Chetan and Mr. Pranesh (At Shree Ganesh Electronics) and asked them to repair this one but they didnt answer me well and misbehaved. Till today (26 june, 09) it is in the same posititon and no one come to repair this. Its like a show piece at my home. At an Authorised center for Philips we are facing problems like this hence compel to write about it in open forum. Please take some action and try to resolve it.
