Unauthorised charges on my credit card

I have also been cheated by PLAT5PRIVILEGEHOLIDAYS. I received a call on 31st oct from Plat5. They told that you are a good customer of AXIS BANK credit card and they offered me a discount card free of cost and free gifts on diwali occassion. They told that I can get discount on purchases by showing this card. Then asked my AXIS BANK card No. for generating OTP. They connected me to IVRS and immediately Rs. 4964/- deducted from my AXIS BANK card. They told that your card along with gifts will be received within 5 DAYS

I think there is need to book them. Let them get arrested. PLs come forward and guide me how i can make a complaint against them and how i can get my money back.
