Dear Sir,

I'd like to bring about to your notice and kind attention to all public the unfair Personnel policies adopted by Mssrs. Platinum Incentives and Events (P) Ltd., Mumbai.

The company had a staff strength of over 40 Employees, with most of them quitting or asekd to leave due to recession. The company announced verbally in January that all Staff's salary would be deducted by 30%. This was not communicated in writing, not was any notice sent to staff.

From March onwards, Staff were asked to leave by giving one or two weeks notice period to each (and not reimbursing them by Full notice Period salary).

I have also quit w.e.f. 30th April but the dues are not being settled by the Management. Apparently a new declaration is being asked for, that prohibits ex employees to work comfortably in their new enviornments. Till such time the dues shall not be paid, nor certificates of Experience issued by the Management. I have sent several mails requesting for final settlement but the owners are refusing to part with my hard earned money.

I am taking this matter up with Labour Commissioner and all Employee related authorities, and would appreciate if you could also help me in this regard.
