PL
Wrong information on Cibil... please help

Dear Sir,

i have applied for a Pl through HDFC bank, but on a varification call CCE told me that i have take a home loan (which i have not taken). i asked that i have not taken this Home loan please help me and provide the details that who have taken this / applied from which bank / or some other details, but she refused to tell the details and told me that your date of birth and PAN no is matching with that home loan . and due to this HDFC bank refused to give PL .

sir request you to please trace this and make me clear that this is true . so that i can apply the loan for PL again.
