Chennai.

I have bought one USB modem the plan of Rs.325 per month during June'2008.

The first bill was not recevied till date (14-07). But the connction was disconnected three days back.

I have enquired the bill amount is Rs.24/-, I am expecting the first bill from your side to pay the same.

We requires DATA card service from today onwards.

This type of mistake should be occured in future in your side.

PLease provice service and bill.
