Sir,

Refer to your letter dated 17th September regarding recovery of arrear premium maturity sanction and your office sanction memo no maturity/DA-9/APS-NM-161444-N dated 03 May.

An amount of Rs 3017 was recovered from me as arrears of premium including interst towards tyhe wanting credits for the period from 5 to 7. The premium was recovered from me vide attached receipt no 20 of book no 6711 dated 21 sep 2001 by Post master, Alagappanagar branch, pin 680302.

the receipt clearly says that the money is towards the premium from 5 to 7 and intrest credit is from 5 to 8 as visible in the record attached reference receipt.

You are requested to regularise the above anomalies.
