I, ABhinita booked a plot of 200 square yard at bhaskar valley, karjat mumbai in February under reference number 1998A on stallment basis. I have pay all stallment time to time except final stallment at the time of registration. This project is belongs to corporate office of Orior Developers And Infrastructure Private Limited, Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana. AT that time they promised to deliver the possession by the end of dec. 2009.when enquired telephonically they first said jan. then march. but till day they have neither delivered the possession nor informed me about it. rather they refused to tell me the plot number allotted to me if any. I feel cheated from them. They are not either allotting the plot nor giving my money back. Please do the needful...
