Under the advertised Rohini land allotment schemeof 1981 Deposit was made in the state bank designated Branch & Reciept was issued by authority along with aplication no. & Regisration no was allotted.
As on 2009 jan, nothing tangaeble is visible even after practically 28 years, when next generation has reached my stage of life when requested for land to build house. Where one has to go with such long gestation period for land allotment even the land was already acquired those days when scheme was Floated.
Where in no land has been allotted or alternative fltae has been allotted (I opted for the Flate out of desperation), new schemes are floated & mony is collected & allotten the Flate/and to new applicant.
A new novel techniue to dodge /cheat /deprive on the requirment listed with the registerartion Authority by asking for the new option Application by advertising in Dehli Edition of news PAPER.
Can one is believed to stay as a service personel through out the periods of twenty eight years at a place in the modren Global village.
Wher one has to go? PIL at the age of 64 yrs? Allthe meber join & fight out criminal negligence of goeronment department?
What is feasible for out of state (Foreced by them) person like me who can not aquire the house in open market (private build/ resaled DDA allotment).
