I purchased plug to surf of tata indicom i changed my plan from 750 to 350rs two months before but the head

of yamuna nagar branch mr.manoj he didnt change the plan for he blamed he that i have not submit any request of that kind due to which unnecessary i have to pay 750 rs for that month . but again happened with the next month i went to him and he told me to pay 350 rest will be paid by him but now as the due date pass out for the bill modem is not working and showing that your amount is due. According to me a strict action should be taken as it leads to a great problem for the customers his name is mr . manoj and his id is
