Traffic lights next to Pune Golf Course Yerwada

I am not sure if I am putting this complaint at the right place.

Its about the traffic light crossing next to Pune Golf Course, Yerwada. These lights go Green, firstly for the Straight and Right side movers and then within seconds right side lights goes out and only Straight traffic is allowed.

Let me specify that this road is hardly a two lane road then on top of it, it has a heavy traffic. Mostly commuters stand on the right lane blocking traffic for even the commuters who want to go straight.

Can I please request to change the controls for this light and let right and straight commuters be let go all the time for one side first.
