Poor in Customer Support

Sir,

I'm using Aircel Postpaid. Am living in rural area near Gobi in Erode District in ROTN Circle. Already we have low coverage. But last two weeks (from May 15) network also poor. Callnot connected easily. We've to try 5 to 10 times to catch a call. What a beauty is whenever i called customer Care 9842712345 or 9842312345 the IVRS told "U r in queue or Our customer care officers are busy with other calls ". Till now am not getting success to reach customer support.
