Improper Money transaction

Respected sir,

I am a customer of your Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad Branch my Salary a/c number is "0341001300000530" i have a complaint against your ATM machine, when i insert the atm card the process is being start but money did not found & it shows that your timed is out. I havn't received any money but amount Rs 15000 is deducted from my Account & having called several times to Customer care People no Help is Still provided. I Have called them four times respectively 26 july 09, 3 aug 09, 7 aug 09 & 12 aug 09 & they have given me a complaint No. 17065622. It is Highly Disappointing that Such a Good Level of Organization is Not able to solve my Problem. I hope that PNB will solve my Problem as early as possible
