Problem with withdrawal of money from ATM machine

My name is Shashank Arora and I have an account in PNB and I faced this problem of money withdrawal when I tried to withdraw Rs. 4500 from the ATM machine of HDFC (located in udyog vihar phase-5 gurgaon) on Sep 8. The ATM showed that the transaction was unsuccessful but after thatmy account balance was short of Rs. 4500. So i want u to have a look into this matter and resolve it ASAP. (Actually there were two ATM machines and this problem occured on the 1st machine and when i tried to withdraw from the second machine the transaction became successful but my account was already short of Rs. 4500 as i mentioned earlier).
