I have atm of pnb a/c no. 0294001500002306

due to connection breaking transaction not comlreted of 300/- but dabited from my account on 22/09/09 17:09 .I called helpline 18001802222 OF THE PNB, BUT NO Complainet is been taken after so many calls

reasons given the updation Or system is down,

Please tell me what to do in this case.
