Does not debited cheques within period mentioned

I m baljit singh, my c/a no. 347002100007583217583 with pnb bhagta bhai ka branch. i have deposited two drafts of co-operative bank no. as 25431 deposited on 4/8/08 amt of rs 27000/- and no. 25435 deposited on 14/8/8 amt of rs 34000/- these not cleared till date. i m facing so much problems. this is very lazy bank.
