Atm malfunction

I mitesh parihar A/C no. 0456001500002885... i went to bank of baroda atm of mahabaleshwar atm id 1fdpun14

seq no. 7378, on 27th june around 8:40 pm, i inserted card for withdrawl of rs. 500 bt i didnt receive money .and the receipt and screen was showing "transaction decline ", but later on found rs 500/- missing frm bank... so kindly deposit 500 back in my account. i will be very thankful to you.
