With reference to the above, payment of Rs 2, 10, 000/- (Rupees two lakhs ten thousand only) had been made for the purchase of three Pneumatic Planters, by SBI Demand Draft No. “184125” dated 15.07.09. In spite of several phone calls and letters we are not receiving any replies, we have been warned by the Auditors to procure the machine immediately otherwise action will be initiated.
It is requested to supply the machines at the earliest; it is ruining the image of Central Institute of ICAR, as the machine is not required for this farm alone but to meet the requirements of University research farms also. If the machine is not delivered within a month then we may be forced to proceed legally.
