My family and many others are suffering due to a man who keeps cows on the road

Hi,

We have a old house in heart of Bangalore city, Nagarter pet, venkob rao lane. There is a person who keeps cows on the road. The whole place stinks and there is cow dung everywhere. The place is very unhygienic to stay. During rain people fall sick. People cannot even open the windows. This is illegal to do business on public property but this person bribes the police every time a compliant is raised or threatens the people who live there. Many times he tries to destroy the vehicles or throw cow dung into people s home if they speak against him.

This is something that the police should look into and must fix. It is time for police to at least start acting in the heart of big cities, I am not even sure what the police does for small villagers and towns. We are betting about the membership of the UN security council while we cannot even fix things like this. Shame on police and other government bodies who can ignore things even under their nose. Its to start fixing things.

I am not even sure if this place can help me but I will try wherever I can.
