Too much delay in policy claim

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am the relative of the policy holder: who died on oct 1st due to the current short circuit, he belongs to the Medak Branch, Andrapradesh, india, itz almost 80 days he died and we already submitted all the details regarding the policy claim, but we didn't receive any replay from the branch till today where should i go and ask?
