I have ordered a polo organisor through sbicard No. 4317575039231395 on offer price of Rs.399/- on 8.12.07 with order No.130028463 But the same was not received so far even after end of Feb'08. when contacted on phone o No. 1800-22-8200/18022-4700 they have given another No. 022 40791234. when phoned to the above No. it is not connecting and the intercom is being saying that you are welcome you are being conncted even for 10min. In view of the above i am being giving this complaint pl. tell me how can i receive the above product. I have charged my credit card on 8.12.07. the card authorities are telling that we are not relating to the above subject
