I am not satisfied with your product and service

I villis gasper purchased a new Karbonn handset model KC 555, but within a month CDMA stopped working, for which approached to dealer but the did nt entertained and requested to go to Customer Care - Poojya Enterprises, M.P Nagar - Bhopal, Handset was handedover 08-07 with complaint number KUASPMP052R925, but till date no resolution is done to the problem,

Pls resolve the problem on priority and return the handset since almost two months are over for the same and i do not see any deadline for the resolution, pls treat urgent and resolve else provide the number and email id so that directly i may have words with the query resolution cell for sorting the captioned request.
