POOR SERVICE AND LOSSES CAUSED
Services at Nasik Road NK sleeper class waiting room and behaviour of Attendant

The complaint is in support of my written complaint as under in order to ensure the compliance of my complaint because it was told by the staff present there, "JAO JAO AISE BAHOOT LOG ATE RAHTE HAIN"

Kindly refer my complaint recorded at Nasik Road station vide complaint no.062433 and further few pages on 19/11 in the complaint book provided by the station master.

Pl look into the matter where after lodging the complaint with station master on duty I was given a threat by the waiting room attendant along with few members so called MST Holders there on spot terrorizing me to cancel the complaint otherwise ready to face the consequences.

KINDLY APPRISE WITH THE ACTION TAKEN.
