Poor service by bsnl broadband
Very poor sevrice by the BSNL guys

Hello sir,

i am resident at mehdipatnam, Hyderabad took bsnl broadband connection on combo-299 (landline incoming & broadband usage of 1 gb free) offer, broadband has been showing the 678 error from the past 1 week.i am software guy so cant spend much of office time on my personal go's, when i complained to the concerned authorities at the office (airport road, near pillar no:90), they came as if a visit and telling that, may be a technical issue, to be rectified in the exchange, its not fair sir, bsnl collecting monthly rent & if i am not enjoying the product why should i have it sir? i am paying bsnl without using the services.please do rectify & if there any thing you can do me, inform your guys to rectify the problems of the customers.
