Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that we have send Scientific goods for Education study from Ambala Cantt (Haryana) to Rourkela (Orissa) on dated 11.05.2009 vide docket nos 428963091. but now 22 days are over goods are not delivered to our buyer at Rourkela.

Our buyer phones so many times (about 20 times) to your Rourkela & samabalpur office, but some time they are saying goods are lying at samabalpur you will get within tomorrow some time they are saying you will get within A week, now they are saying that you have not send Original Entry tax receipt, but your sambalpur office saying documents are ok. receipt all documents in order.

We have already given all the Original docs required by your XPS office with goods (encluding Enty tax paid by the party, Road permit for Orissa and haryana both Invoice etc...)

We could not under stand what is matter and where are our goods.

These goods was for Education purpose, due to delay in delvery by your XPS Cargo students are suffering their practical and study, our buyer is reputed institute in Rourkela. We have paid freight for speed delivery, not have sent by transport to aviod the delay in delivery.

Pl. search out our goods and delivered the same within day or so without fail.

Pl. look into the matter personaly and take necassory action w/o any further delay and inform to us the status od goods
