SERVICE ISSUE

Would like to bring in your notice that i had done mistake in my life by picking up Maruti Swift from your dealer in chennai named as Maruti Popular.

I woiuld like to highlight the issues what i am facing while the car is given for serviceing

1 JOB CARD PROGRAMME (Mis leading job cards will get filled up by the service engineer)

2 Car issue (What ever isssues in the car is mentioned at the time of service, That particular issues will not be ractified it goes back to the service station when noticed. And instead of accepting the mistake they caharge me again for the small ractifications.

Car will not get delivered on time as committed by the service engineer, I can understand 01 hour delay, But they take almost 12 hours from the time committed.

No proper responce, agile in behaviour with the customers using slangs...

I appreatiate if you can solve this issue...
