Unfair trade practicies

Account no N-142962 was opened with religare securities, New Delhi for transaction of shares by paying an amount of Rs 15000/(fifteen thousand) vide cheque no 151493. The money was withdrawn by religare securities from ICICI bank on 10.11.07 . The company did not send the right person for expalining the process of operating of account inspite of repeated requests as a result not a single transaction could be done. Finally company was approached in March for closure of account and return of money. The firm representative informed that mone can be returned after 40 days of closure of account. The account was closed accordingly. But when firm was approached after 40 days it was told that no money will be paid since the same was opened under a plan where money is not returnable. Since not a sinle trasaction was made because of deficiency in services, the firm was requested to return the money but till date no communication has been received. Kindly take necessary action so that i can get back my hard earned money
