Poor services in Sahakar bhavan post office, mumbai-400086

Respected Sir,

I visits regularly at Sahakar Bhavan Post office which is located at Ghatkopar-w, mumbai-400086. The post master does not have adequate knowlege and also non cooperative in nature. He questions are vague and illogical. His behaviour is impolite, discourteous with customer and his langauge is very rough. And in same post office, one lady is also working. She always comes one hour late and after that she starts shouting at public and using a rough langauge during service hours. I request you to, if possible, visit this post office and check these people's behaviour. In this area's most of the public are iliterate and labour clas. These public regularly makes money order / speed post to their villages. However due to these two people behavious problems, most of these people suffers. Request you to take some strict action against this two person. Its in public interest as well in the interest of post office.
