I SRAVAN KUMAR KOTHA posted my application to NIT ROORKELA through speed post at GPO HYDERABAD on 13/05.Generally for speed post for delivery it will take 48hours. But my application is delivered on 18/05 as per postal office information only. It reaches rorkela on 14/05 only. But it took 4 days for delivery. Because of his delay i lost my chance to get admission into NIT ROORKELA.Please send me how to complaint on postal services in consumers court.
