PAN NOT RECEIVED

I had filed the PAN application on 23/5 bearing AD number 071190300666866. I was alloted the PAN after all required documents. The PAN number is BHVPR0003B. PAN CARD was not received by me because my house was locked. I am working woman and my working hours are from 11AM to 7 PM . SIR I filed the correction form vide AD number 071190200295060 on 31/7 The PAN check status shows that proof of identity not provided/not valid. Earlier I have submitted the documents which were accepted by your honor and I was alloted the PAN number but next time when I was asked to file the correction form (change of address since my house was locked) it shows that proof of identity not provided. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that earlier I was allotted PAN Number and later since I have changed only the delivery address but my identity is held as invalid. I am a poor woman and I have not received my PAN card inspite of so many hardships. Kindly instruct the NSDL to issue my PAN CARD at the changed address at the earliest.
