Refuse to go toother places

The Autorikshaw's come near Pheonix Market City, Kamani, Kurla and they refuse to go to places other than Vidyavihar Station. And in Mumbai where Meters are to be used compulsorily, these rikshawwalas adopt sharing method (4-5 passengers) and they charge Rs.6 to Rs 7 per head just for a distance of 1-2 kms. I want to know what the R.T.O and police are doing about this. The drivers refuse to go towards ghatkopar because there they have to use meters (no profit). they want to go only short distances and charge huge amounts. I request the R.T.O and police to Check this Issue.
