I want to log a complaint against a rickshawala, his license number MH02 UA 6053... on 17th dec at 6.45pm at the domestic airport i hailed a auto and before getting in i asked him how is he going to charge me, by meter or random... i asked him 5 times and he replied by meter... i stay in andheri west near navrang... and i said i want to go to veera desai... he was taking me from regency which is a longer route but i insisted i want to go from subway... he got angry saying there is too much traffic and then when i reached the fare was 81 and he asked for 100 as i had 1 luggage bag and 1 handbag... as i refused he started abusing me and gave all bad words saying ehy dint i catch a rick from the road rather than the airport... i am really upset and want an action against him ..
