Traffic Signal not working - No traffic Policeman

Hi,

I am a resident of Godrej Station Colony, Vikhroli (east). i daily commute to Airoli for work via the company bus.

The company Bus pick up is at the Vikhroli junction where in the four roads meet - one going towards Vikhroli railway station, one eastern express road going towards Kanjurmarg, one eastern express road going towards Ghatkopar and one road goes to Kanamwar Nagar.

It's a very dangerous junction for vehicles to cross as the vehicles travelling on eastern express don't tend to slow as there is no Traffic Signal and no Traffic Police to guide. I have witnessed a lot of accidents at this junction, out of which some have been fatal, even leading to death.

This pathetic situation has been going on for a long time now. I kindly request you to look into this as soon as possible and take some stringent actions as it concerns Public Safety which must be of utmost importance.
