Worst reliance customer service

I ported my 9963161737 to reliance 55 days back.. i submitted my address proof and id proof 3 times in reliance outlets last time i submitted my address proof and id proof in reliance web world kukatpally with CAF number:700271854785. and 12times i gave complaint on this issue but reliance having worst customer acre service so they didn't solve this issue till now.. as per trai rules details will be updated within 7days from date of activation. my sim activated 55days back but till now they didn't update my details so please take action on reliance communications and update my details as soon as possible
