Didn't refunded my money

Hello

This is regarding paytm.com site.

My registered number is 8979341047 and i try many times to recharge my

mobile but money was deducted but recharge was not completed. i also contact to my bank but they said money is not refunded by the paytm. And Paytm told me to contact bank. Means they both told me to contact each other and i am not getting my money back. And these are the details
