Dear sir

My self Mrinmoy kundu. On 9th june i was rechage my AIRCEL no (9804168510) by rs 303.00 .and authority was committed to provide 72000 sec for one month. But in practical i was got 54000 sec. I was make complain on 11th june (1-8617031700.) and they committed to revart it by 12/6.But unfortunately it was not done . and i make a call them at 12/6 at 8.30 pm and authority took another complain (1-8632516013) and they committed to revert it by 13/6. but upto the date of 14/6 it was unsolved. and they blocked my no (9804168510) for calling to customer care.

I tried to contact with them from my another aircel no (7278667230) severally and they committed me to solve. But still to the day its unsolved not only that, they also blocked the 2nd no (7278667230) from today.

Now tell me sir what was fault that the authority will deprive me like this way?

My heartiest request that to solve the problem within 24 hours. Other wise i must bound to knock the door of TRI to get justify prejudice.
