Aircel is cheating the customers

I have taken a pre paid connection 3 weeks back. My pre paid number is 9804259884. also I have recharged for unlimited local calls for Rs. 246. But unfortunately i couldn't be able to make a single call since last 3 weeks. I told to the airce customer care number of times for the same problem, also personally met their executive, but they could not give any solution for the same. All the times they are saying "you have to wait for some time". Their customer care service is very poor. They never give any solutions for their customer. I am also requesting people to think before taking a connection from aircel.
