Disturbing calls

This is a very serious problem a phone no. of Aircel connection (9804403465) is continuosly disturbing at my no. I'm using two aircel sims. This no. was actually disturbing me at one my aircel no.by frequently calling and speaking illogical things. when i called it back from my another aircel no. and asked i will go for an FIR if he disturbs again, he threatened and said he will not stop disturbing me and used slangs.

I'm really disturbed with this problem and urge that please some one take some action.
