Not attending for complaint

Dear sir,

My reliance smart card no is 200688832629.we took the connection in eluru, west godavari district, andhra pradesh. Three years back we had shifted to hyderabad, andhra pradesh. At present my big t.v is not working properly there is some problem in setup box. when we call to customer care center of reliance big t.v, they are saying your address here is eluru address to change it to hyderabad address it is charged 300/-, at the time of shifting we only shifted the dish and setup box.please look after the problem and solve it
