EPF Not Processed By Company

Dear Sir

I was working In “IFB Industries Limited ” Since 7th January’2009 as Branch Accountant of Haryana Region

Due to new oppurtunity i have opted to leave the organisation after working Approx 3 (three) complete years on 7th Nov

But the company have denied to pay my PF via not signing the original document which i have submitted to IFB Industries Corporate Office, kolkata via Registered post in the month of July’12 on the ground that i have not completed the notice period of the company

Sir, from last july’12 i m following with my company (IFB Industries Limited, Kolkata) for my PF clearance but they have not even responded after my repeated communications.

But after that a hope came from EPF office, Kolkatta that if I submit my duly filled documents duly attested by my bank then the PF deposited in my service tenure can be withdrawn easily

So Sir, with immediate response i have submitted all the documents duly attasted by Bank through SPEED POST on dated 28th of January but since then i m following with Kolkata PF office for my status but till date i have not received any response form there side
Sir, more than a month have lapsed & still i m waiting for my own deposit to be credited in my account

Sir, I have given numerous mails to EPF department (Both Delhi & Kolkatta) for followups but no one is responding to my matter positively

If needed i have all mail copy & Scan copies of all Documents & communication which i have been doing since July’12
