Unproperly working of Pocket Internet

I am Manorath Singh. My mobile no is 9716222199.I purchased Aircel sim and activated pocket internet on the same day. But from the 2nd day of purchasing, the internet not worked properly till today at my laptop. No good and ve responce is obtained by me from the aircel customer care center. On 04/10/09 or 05/10/09 I talk to Gurmeet singh who is the member of technical team in customer care, he registered the complaint with complaint no. 9189594342, and told to me that someone will meet with you at your residence, analyse and solve the problem. But no one came till today.

It is therefore requested you that kindly 1) solve this problem and manage the Rs.98 (internet coupon cost) in any way, otherwise I will change my company from AIRCEL to AIRTEL Comm, who is also provide the same or much better facilities.

2) Please take necessary action against the customer care officer who not solved the problems and getting salary without work. Kindly inform about this on my e-mail, thank's
