Aircel connection
Not Providing Services

I purched a Aircel connection on 19 Jun. Form the very bigening day I kept on trying for outcall. On 21 June my phone was activated. After I requested more then 50 times to cusatomer care for GPRS settings. But till now I have not recieved the settings. When ever the customer care is called it takes 57 to 80 minutes for them to take my call. Is this the service is provided by aircel in India. I hope the concerned authorities will take care of this ASAP.
