Unwanted advetisment displayed on mobile screen

Dear Sir,

Unnecessary advertisements are being displayed on my mobile screen like `gift song@&&&&&--#039; .I hope I am not paying monthly bills any kind of forced stuff like this. I wish to see only network and area info on my display.

When i calld the customer care, none is picking up. This will leave me no other option than to choose some other network provider.
