NO RESOLUTION FOR THE GIVEN COMPLIANT and NO PROPER RESPONSE FOR THE USAGE OF HOLD

HI,
I am P.venkatesh Having a AIRCEL CONNECTION and MY no:9700698903.
As i have given a Compliant regarding RECHARGE of RC 14 on 28/8/09 and They have given me the Compliant no:718066098 and the recharge will be done to your account in 24 hrs, But they have not responded to the compliant and i have make a call on 2/9/09 and once again the resolution given is that it will be done by the late midnight and no proper response usage of hold procedure keeping for long time on hold, i have not got any response for given compliant again so i made a call once again on 5/9/09 and I have tod to transeffer the call to the higher officials and the call be transeffered by the Agent but no higher official as attended my call after transeffering the call was been continued for total of 55:57 seconds after that the call as been disconnected, And i am giving the recorded calls which i have spoken on 2/9/09 and as well 5/9/09 also.
so look into it and take a necessary action towards the Agent as well as the Higher officials and do needful, Give me the reply for the give compliant.
