Aircel GPRS
Bad connection of internet on PC

I am arpit and i am using aircel no.-9716946367.I have a poroblem with internet connection using on pc. When i connect my mobile with my pc and start internet, after 5 minutes it autometically get diconnected by the server. This causes me a great problem. When i try to contact customer care they dont give me any reply, they simply say that contact our GPRS department.and i was unable to contact there.so please try to solve my problem.
