Double charge of Toll

Today (24th Jan 2021) I drove my car (MH 03 CB 0103) through the Mulund Toll naka at 13: 49 : 51 Hrs from Thane to Chembur.
I was charged the toll fee of Rs 40 /- while the debit also took place on my fast tag account (Trip no 773439777)
The staff at the toll naka said that the Fasttag was not valid in the slot.

This is sheer cheating.
