I can't access internet with my cell phone

Sir i buyed aircel prepaid connection on monday 17 august and i can't accessing internet from 17 august,

i send every day wap setting request to coustomer care no.as below 121 but i have no any respose from your service provider,

plz sir send me internet setting for access internet on my nokia 5310 .
