Sir,

My aircel mobile connection no. is 9716609105. I purchased it from a local dealer and i had been using it since then but on 23rd june, my no. has been barred. On query, your customer care executive replied that we didn't get your ID proof and photo. Then I again submitted my ID proof and photo on 24th June but I didn't get any response from your side till now. I am facing a big problem because of this matter. Please take a prompt action on this matter and give me a big relief. I hope my no. wil be start shortwhile.
