Aircel prepaid 32k sim
Not working my prepaid card and services barred

Sir,

I purchase prepaid card on 21 november with recharge of 50 rupee and 98 rupee unlimited voucher after providing valid id proof and this work for some time then next morning it stop working and i got information that my id is not recieved.

Kindly explain me why you start my phone and even when you have my valid, you barred my phone.

Please explain me on which level of you have this problem.

And if this problem still there so why should i purchase aircell?
