Sir,

I had got acall from 09851199845 on 08th may for activating hello tune, but i had disconnected the phone. they again called me back in 1min for the same purpose again i had disconnected. they phoned me back again ihad requested not to disturb me and disconected. On 09 may at 11:56:40am they activated hello tune on my phone rather i hadnt initiated it. Then i had called costomercare for help after repetitive try the had logged my complin complain no. is T009547843 and they assured me that my problem will be resolved in 3 days. when i had called after 3 days they told me next day it will be done. again i had called on next day then the are not ready to listen my words and disconected the phone.

Now what can i d? It is not a mater of some money but the way these companies are trying to earn money from costomers...
