Not responding to request

I am continuosly requesting them to stop unnecessary calls and message such as caller tune, songs etc.but they are not stopping it their customer care are telling that this is the rule of TRAI.It will take 45 days to stop. Its really frustrating all the time calls and messages keeps on coming. Its frustrating. Please looki into this matter.
